The diastic poem is obtained by filtering the text from The Bank of England Financial Stability Report 2014 with the following line from Oscar Wilde’s, Lord Darlington, Act III "We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars."

— The complete poem reads: "While reflecting the probability / And global Volatility / Little low growth market remained / Borrowing euro with securities / The Chair the System and the Chart".
