Ironically referencing the old saying: ‘A happy customer is a loyal customer’, these four artworks present three of the most common, and also a suggested, model designed to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The cold language of the model is replaced with a poem, addressing the audience, which makes use of the original diagram to be read.
