Of Images and Alt Texts uses Raymond Williams’ same list of keywords on top of optimization techniques to translate those words into appropriated animated images to be displayed on its LED panels.
Representing the dream of an Artificially Intelligent model, the artwork is the space where information becomes language, where the AI machine, imitating humans, assigns shapes and colours to words and concepts.
This is where the passage is completed; the images taking slowly shape on the LED modules, evoke the functioning of our mind, relentlessly at work, trying to make sense of patterns, assembling information from the surrounding context to create meaning and decoding realities.
